      Education

      Sara received her B. Eng. degree (2006) and M. Eng. degree (2009) in Chemical Engineering and her M. Sc. degree (2010) in Industrial Engineering from University of Genoa (Italy). She spent the first year of her M. Eng. degree as Erasmus student at University College of London (UCL).

      Work experience

      Sara worked as R&D Aerodynamic engineer in Ansaldo Energia since June 2009 until September 2011.

      Currently Sara is employed by Imperial College London as Early Stage Researcher. Moreover, she is a PhD student at the same institution under supervision of Professor Nina F. Thornhill.
